How Activation Works

  1. Choose your license. Select the 1-year or 2-year option above and complete checkout.
  2. Submit your school information. During checkout, you’ll complete a short form with your school/organization details, admin contact, address, and optional coach/counselor contacts.
  3. We manually activate your school (within ~24 hours). Our team sets up your school profile, creates your custom access code, builds your family registration page, and generates your admin login.
  4. Share access with families and staff. You’ll receive ready-to-use instructions and links for parents, student-athletes, coaches, counselors, and administrators.
